1. Who we are
Honour Legal is the business name of Honour Legal Pty Ltd, a New South Wales incorporated legal practice. Our office contact location is listed in the Contact section.
2. Information collected
Our online legal enquiry form asks only for your name, email address and general legal enquiry category. The separate privacy request form asks for your name, email address and type of privacy request. We do not ask for case descriptions, confidential documents or attachments through these forms. Basic technical information may be processed by our hosting and security providers to protect the site against abuse.
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry details to review and respond to your request and to manage related administrative, professional and legal responsibilities. A website enquiry does not itself create a solicitor–client relationship.
4. Service providers and overseas processing
Our website is hosted with Cloudflare. Once activated, our forms use Cloudflare security and processing services to deliver minimal plain-text notifications to an authorised Honour Legal business mailbox hosted on Microsoft 365. These service providers may process information outside Australia. We do not deliberately retain a separate form-submission database on this website. Information delivered to the firm may be retained in its email and records systems. Actual service locations and contractual arrangements will be reviewed before the forms are activated.
5. Security and retention
We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information involved, including encrypted connections, restricted mailbox access, validation and anti-spam measures. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed, subject to legal, professional and record-retention requirements. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
6. Access, correction, deletion and complaints
You may request access to or correction or deletion of information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, using the privacy request form below. You may also write to the firm's office address shown in the Contact section. We may need to verify identity before disclosing or changing personal information; legal duties may limit deletion. If you are dissatisfied with our response, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner may be able to assist where relevant law applies.
